Featuring Jebeh Edmunds and Gaelynn Lea as this year’s inspiring keynotes, this signature event will also offer personalized career development workshops, pioneering leadership panels, relevant breakout sessions for any career level, and an engaging after-party and women’s expo highlighting women-owned and female-led organizations. The Art of Personal Enrichment: Infusing Meaning into Your Every Day

Gaelynn Lea is an American musician and disability advocate known for her soulful violin and singing. Originally from Duluth, Lea tours internationally and promotes disability rights and accessibility in the arts through her advocacy work. She is a sought-after public speaker and has been featured in two widely-viewed TEDx talks and won NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Contest in 2016.

Who can attend this conference?

The Women in Leadership Conference is founded on inclusion and strives to create a safe space for those who would benefit from this educational offering to gather together to learn, network, and collaborate—Individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, non-binary, transgender, and gender-expansive are welcome and encouraged to attend. Based on planned content, students in attendance should be in their first year of college or beyond to enjoy the full benefits of the conference. Accessible restrooms and a mother’s room will be available at the event. Additional accommodations, such as ASL interpretation and specialty meals, can be made available upon request.

Scholarship Fund

Scholarships will ensure any interested female leader is able to attend the conference without payment being a barrier. If you have someone you would like to sponsor to attend, know someone in need of a sponsorship, or you would like to donate to the sponsorship fund, please reach out to ahagen@duluthchamber.com with details. Sponsorship fund priority will be given to students, small businesses/nonprofits, and members of minority communities.

Your session includes photography, time to review images, select favorites and share retouching concerns with a 100% happiness guarantee. Your remaining cost is $119 per retouched file.
