The Systems Navigator provides culturally responsive, relationship-based navigation and coordination services through the New Neighbors Program, an initiative supporting immigrant and refugee community members across northern Minnesota.
This position delivers direct services that improve access to legal resources, employment pathways, public benefits, and essential community services. The Systems Navigator meets participants where they are: at community sites, homes, workplaces, partner organizations, and through phone and virtual platforms, thus reducing barriers and promoting pathways toward stability and opportunity.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly
Grant Status: Two positions funded through June 2027
Location: Duluth, MN, with regional travel across Northeastern Minnesota
