We are looking for a friendly, service-focused, and organized individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
Bring a warm, welcoming personality that fosters an excellent client experience.
Interact directly with clients by processing requests, answering inquiries promptly and professionally, and offering friendly, personalized service.
Provide general office support by answering calls, greeting clients, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Work collaboratively with service and advisor team members, as well as independently, to manage assigned workflows and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Provide client support in new client onboarding, client account servicing and management, problem solving for client issues, and researching operational requirements to address client needs.
Provide advisor support by managing schedules, organizing client meetings, and assisting in review prep and follow-up.
Manage client and prospect information in the relationship management system with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Commit to ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date with technology and workflow improvements, firm and industry policies, and new opportunities to improve the client experience.
What You’ll Bring:

A self-motivated personality with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
Technical proficiency to work within Windows-based software, firm programs, and other proprietary platforms
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role
Ability to be bonded and pass a background check
Ability to obtain Series 7 securities license

Salary Range: $50-70k, depending on qualifications. This position will also be eligible for annual discretionary bonus compensation.
